Exploration of Semiconductor Transportation and Spin Behaviors at Ultra Low-Temperature

This is the research experience of my undergraduate, which is also my first research project. And I was also the first undergraduate student working in this group. Therefore, I had to helping establishing the lab and setting the configuration with graduate students, which gave me a lot training besides pure researching. Thanks to this experience, I learned how to do research and communicating with people more efficiently.
