Project #2,3 of EE582 (CMOS/Nano Neuromorphic Circuits) – Advisor: Prof. Alice Cline Parker, University of Southern California


This project is to design the circuits that can simulate the performance of SOMA and synapse in neurons.

For SOMA, when a continuous input voltage signal is provided, when its value is beyond the threshold voltage, a pulse will be generated at the output. Here is the lab report:

For Synapse, it’s like the inverse of a SOMA, when a pulse input is given, it will give out a continuous voltage signal at the output port. Here is the lab report:
